Tennis is a very popular sport among student-athletes, and about 13% of college tennis players are internationals, whether for men or women. Nearly 1000 colleges or universities offer athletic scholarships that go up to 100%. Tennis players will compete at regional, inter-regional championships with the opportunity to qualify for the National Championships in their respective divisions. Many professional tennis players you see in the top rankings worldwide competed in collegiate tournaments.

You will train almost everyday, based on the division in which you will compete you might be asked for more practices to focus both on your tennis skills and strength and conditioning trainings in the weight room.
